Health
and happiness
come from within;
peace and contentment
and joy, come from within.
To find these things, and live
within these energies, requires
that you go within; for it is with-
in, that they are created! And The
Holy Spirit says: Be at peace, within
yourself; and, once you have
established peace, within
yourself, then
move-on
to establish other things.
The one who is at peace also finds comfort,
and contentment; and, this comfort and contentment,
leads to health, happiness, and joy. You cannot find
these things in the world, floating around you,
carried by others to you in such a way
that they are permanent,
and live within you;
you must establish
these things, from within!

Concern yourself, with helping others,
rather than making your life more luxurious,
rather than buying more, and more things. Look
around, and see, what your earthly fortune might be a-
ble to provide for others in need. Seek first The Kingdom
of God. And The Holy Spirit says: You are a child of God; therefore,
you are a citizen of The Kingdom of God, and you have all rights
to The Kingdom of God; but, so is every other person on Earth
a child of God! By helping others in need, you are assisting
all! Do not hold, only, for yourself. Be willing to give,
of yourself; for, in giving you are truly making
the world, and The Kingdom
of God, a better
place.

sent forth
My angels, My
guardian angels:
to watch over you;
to guide you; to assist
you, along The Way;
to be your compass
as you make the
journey
over Earth.
When you encounter
turbulent seas, take their hand, and
they will lead you to a pool of tranquility;
when you must travel, long distances, from one
destination to another, let them go-before-you, so
they lead you from chaos into the pastures of peace;
let them show The Way, over deserts, over mountains,
for, I have sent them to watch over you. And The Holy Spirit
says: The angels of God are with you! In times of stress, they will
comfort you! In times of grief, they will whisper to you! In times
of pain, or tragedy, they will be the balm of Heaven, for you! No
matter what the issue, incident, or individual, they will be with
you; for, God has sent them to you; and, they will raise-you-up,
and you will not fall! You will feel their presence, and walk in
peace all the days of your life! Angels are walking with man!

When you encounter another
caught in the grip... trapped in
the web of darkness and shadow,
do not add weight to their burden,
do not kick them, do not curse them,
do not shake your finger, and your head,
do not recite a litany of what you think they did
to find themselves in such distress; for, this behavior, will
be, as another stone to carry, as an albatross around their neck.
Bless them, and let your blessing flow over them, as a balm of heal-
ing. Bring them hope! And let your presentation of hope hold the promise, of light; and then, be the powerful, silent presence of light!
In the presence of light, they will stand, and see they are free, from darkness, and shadow! And The Holy Spirit says: The best counter for a negative attitude ~ is ~ a positive attitude; for, when you encounter
anger, frustration, or worry, it only compounds anger, frustra-
tion, or worry, if you join-in, if you add your energy to it.
When you encounter such things, and refuse to enter
into negative energies, but rather, offer
your positive attitude of light,
and love, and peace, light,
and love, and peace
will overcome the dark-
er, shadowy energies. When
you encounter a negative attitude, the
only response for the good is a positive attitude.

Sometimes, a new day begins cloaked-in fog and
clouds, and things are hidden, held within its grasp,
within its embrace; but as the sun begins to shine, the
light dismisses the clouds, and the fog, and sends them
on their way; and, all that was there, held within their
embrace is revealed, in a tender way, still holding dew-
drops, sparkling in the light of the sun. A new day
has begun. And The Holy Spirit says: Do not assume, when
you cannot see, clearly, that there is nothing there.
It is all there: mysterious, miraculous, compel-
ling, the astonishing creation of God. It is
all there, sometimes hidden from view,
but only for awhile. When it is
illuminated by the light,
you see, and
know!

There are so many calling-out for help upon the Earth.
Will you be My hands, and touch them with love? Will
you be My lips, and speak the words of kindness, and
compassion? Will you be My eyes, and see, and
know, they are My child, each of the child-
ren, are My children? Will you be
My feet, and walk with them,
awhile, until they grow in strength, un-
til you see them smile; then, let them go
into the world, let them go, and be? And The Holy
Spirit says: There is "nothing more important, you can do,"
than to help your brother, or your sister, along The Way. Give
them support; let them draw courage, from the words you speak;
let them feel stronger from your touch; let them be made ready, with
your willingness to walk with them awhile, then let them go into the sun.

I love song, sing with Me. I love dance,
dance with Me. I love laughter, come, and
laugh with Me. I love times of silence, and
peace, and tranquility, come experience
these things with Me. Come, and be
with Me. And The Holy Spirit says:
God wishes for you:

heart; and, to share
the joy of life with all you meet.

you will see the signs,
you will hear the words, and
you will heed, and follow!
And The Holy Spirit says:
Be watchful.
Look for
the signs,
for they will
point The Way.
The more you look,
the more you see. It is
similar to watching the dew-
drops shimmer, as they are caught-
in the light of the sun. First, there is one,
then two, then four, then ten, then hundreds; and,
you would have missed ~ this glorious display, ~ if you
had not looked to see, the first dewdrop, of the new day.

a whisper, and you will recognize The
Voice, from deep within, and the vib-

mpting you to rise-up! Be not
afraid; for when you are
called, it is your
time!
Do not
let fear, rob you,
of the joy of accomplishment.!
Do not let fear ~ threaten ~ faith! And The Holy
Spirit says: There are times, in every lifetime, when fear
raises-up its head, and threatens. Do not be a victim of fear;
for, it will rob you of accomplishment, of achieving a goal,
of completing that, which you are meant to do; and,
fear bites, and snips, and snaps at faith, and
will wear it down. Today, let faith
lead The Way, to a life-
time without
fear!

your relationship, with Me;
rather, make the choice to celebrate
the glory of your relationship with Me.
And The Holy Spirit says: Wherever you focus
your attention, there is magnification.
Therefore, use this day to focus
your attention on that,
which you have!
Do not focus
on lack,
because then
lack will be magnified.
Focus on that which you have,
and that which you have will be magnified.

Your lifetime upon Earth is composed of seasons,
no season being grander, or greater, than the rest; but,
each season holding the glory, challenges, dance and song,
and the test. Live each season, as you are called, into it.
And The Holy Spirit says: For each man, there is a season; and,
each season holds wonder! Listen, so you might know
the season, as it is with you; and, therefore,
understand, and comprehend,
the seasons, of your
lifetime, upon
Earth!
When
a child is born,
the parents clothe, and feed,
and nurture the child, providing a safe haven,
a garden of love in which to grow; and, the child reaps
this beautiful harvest of love, having done no work at all,
except to be. And The Holy Spirit says: Love is a fertile soil, and
that which is raised-up, in the garden of love, feeds many.
When you are still, and quiet, it is not difficult
at all, to imagine a garden, created
of love: beautiful, strong,
nurturing, ful-
filling.

When
you come to realize
that your lifetime upon Earth
will not last forever, that your lifetime upon Earth
has a limited number of days, you turn-around, and
make the best of it, eager to continue the adventure,
ready to begin all the days. And The Holy Spirit says: If you
read a book, or hear a story, or go to a movie about a great
adventure, you watch captive: to the story, to the courage,
to the bravery of those taking part in the adventure. Very
rarely do you realize ~ that you are playing ~ the staring
role in the adventure of your lifetime; and, your life-
time adventure is just as riveting as any book, tale,
story, or movie. Make it so. Rise-up, and go-
out, and do the impossible, and
continue your adventure
into a new
day!

That person, that individual
who seems to be the source of your
irritation, or frustration, could well be
suffering, hurting, could be wounded, or
feeling as if they are going down for the
last time; therefore, it is worth the effort
to alter your response... and... change it,
from frustration to kindness, and com-
passion. And The Holy Spirit says: Let any
response you might be tempted to offer
as a retaliation, or possibly a defense,
be altered, dropped, stopped in its
tracks, by your desire to deliver
kindness whenever possible.
Compassion ~ is ~ al-
ways The
Way!

Create harmony, and balance. When all is in balance,
there is harmony. Harmony is not being the same as every-
thing around you; harmony is singing your song, with your tone,
and fitting-in with the other songs, with the other tones, until they
all blend together in balance, and are harmonious. And The Holy Spirit
says: Listen to the song of nature; all the sounds are different; the call of
each bird is uniquely their own song; yet, they fit together. The call
of many different birds, finds balance, and harmony, and fits-in
with the song of the stream, and the river, and The Wind,
blowing through the trees, moving the grasses. See
harmony and balance in nature, and let your
song fill the space it was intended to fill.
Today, create harmony, and balance.

Do not let the lesson about the creation of happiness, and joy,
slip from you. The lesson holds great value. Therefore, keep
it close, as if you truly understand its worth. If you can cre-
ate happiness and joy, at any time, your life will be altered
forever, because happiness and joy will follow you into
eternity! You cannot take diamonds, and gold, and
clothing, and cars, and boats, and houses, when
you make the journey Home; but, all the
good energy you create is yours for-
ever! You bless Earth with it,
and then take it with you:
it is your clothing, it
is your home, it is
your jewelry, it
is the stones
which reflect,
what you did, and who
you are. And The Holy Spirit says: When
the dewdrops, resting in the trees, and on the grass,
are caught in the light of the sun, they shimmer, and sparkle,
gems created in the light. They are a sign unto you. When you are
in the light of The Son, you sparkle and shine, like drops of morning dew!

I repeat, because you are saying it, rather than doing it,
you create that which you experience upon Earth. And The
Holy Spirit says: You have been given a powerful gift, the ability to
create! And, you do it with every breath you take, with every
thought, you create. To prove how powerful the creation
of your thought is, and for those who are interested in
taking part in this exercise, I urge you to do this,
no matter where you are, or what you are
doing; for the next hour or two, create
only happy thoughts, and thoughts of
joyful things, experiences, occasions,
situations; and, stay within that happiness,
and that joy, smiling, laughing, creating, actively,
the energies of happiness, and joy. And then, observe
what is happening around you. When you create happiness, and
joy, it moves-out and touches others. Do this for a brief time, and see
the magnificent change, you create. Then, stand-up, and sing-out a song
of gratitude, that you at last "know," the power of the creation of thought.

You create
what you experience, in
your present piece of eternity!
Therefore, if you desire to feel light,
and joyful, and happy, set the intention,
and do so! Many of you, My children, lan-
guish-in despair, or shadow, and darkness,
when there is no need for you to be there,
at all. Sometimes, My children, you are
reluctant to let-go-of the shadow, and
darkness. Understand that, that is
a trick of the dark side. You
can shake-it from you,
by rising-up, with
the intention
to do
so!
Create
that which
you wish to exper-
ience, and it will be so.
And The Holy Spirit says: It seems
to be the style, and fashion, and man-
ner of speaking, in the world today, that
people say, "You create with your thoughts.
Your words follow your thoughts. Your deeds
amplify your words created in your thoughts."
Many say it, few know it! Those who know it, live
it! Therefore, seek to live it, rather than to say it!
When you plan a day at the beach, at the shore, you do not pack
business clothing; no, you pack bathing suits and sandals and tow-
els, all things appropriate for the beach. When you plan a day, in
the country, you pack to wear what is appropriate in the country. When you are preparing to climb a mountain, your clothing choice is different again. Whatever you are doing, usually requires a chan-
ge of clothing, so that you are comfortable in what you are doing: so
that you can climb the mountain; so you can run across the meadow; so you can splash in the ocean; without being hindered by inappro-
priate clothing. Well, My child, think upon this: you have made
the journey to Earth, and you are wearing the appropriate
clothing to do that which you need to do, for your
lifetime upon Earth; but, it is not your
eternal garment! You are
a being of eternity.
You are Spirit,
first, wearing
the clothing of Earth,
for a while, and it is not much different
than the bathing suit, or the country garb, or the climbing gear.
It is meant to serve you well, as you travel away from Home. And The
Holy Spirit says: When you begin to see your journey upon Earth from the eyes
of an eternal being, everything around you changes; because you are not re-
lating it to the temporary body of flesh; you are seeing it, through the eyes
of your soul, and your spirit; and, through the eyes of spirit, you see life!

Be mindful of your thoughts; your thoughts create words; and,
once spoken, words cannot be gathered-up and brought back;
they live forever, as your creation. Your deeds follow your
words. Your actions are exactly that, they act-out your
words. Be mindful of tone, and vibration, for tone
and vibration enfold the words, and make them
more powerful. This works both ways:
it works for the good, the beautiful,
the light, the joy, and peace; it also works
for darkness, and shadow. Therefore, if it is
your intention to be "of light," then, cast from you
thoughts of darkness, and shadow. It all goes together;
be mindful, of what you create. And The Holy Spirit says: Peace
is created within each of you. You decide, every minute of the day,
that, which you wish to create; and, once you make the decision, you
taste of that which you created. Create light, and peace! That is what
you can do. You cannot alter what another does, but you can create for
you. Set your intention this day to create light. Begin, by thinking it,
speaking it, living it; and, set the tone, and vibration of the words
which come from you, to match the glorious creation: born
of you; coming from you; blessing the Earth, with
all you think, and say, and do.

Even when you do not wish to see the signs, or
in times when you turn your head from the signs,
they are still with you. Learn to read the signs that
are sent to you, for they are all around you. And
act upon the signs with a sense of urgency. As
the sign comes, as it flashes, take care to
follow, and you will be led
where you are to go.
The signs are
with you, follow.
And The Holy Spirit says: Signs
are important in your every day life,
you learn to read them as a child: traffic signs;
signs in libraries, asking you to be quiet; signs at
sporting events, asking you to stand-up, and cheer;
signs of fever, and headache, indicating you must rest
to care for your body; and, signs of anxiety, and fear,
and anger, show it is definitely a sign to take care of
your spirit! Follow the signs that are sent to you.

the answer to

you ask, held within
The Presence of Love,
and Light; and, held
within the presence
of love, and light,
is peace. And
The Holy Spirit
says:
It is interesting, but true; and, might appear more as a puzzle,
than an answer to you; but, you cannot formulate a question
without having at least a piece of the answer; therefore,
pay attention to the questions you ask, and you
will find, that you do, hold the answer
you were seeking, within!

The day
is set before you; and,
it will be what you create it to be;
therefore, set your intention, and begin.
The day is yours. Begin. And The Holy Spirit says:
You have been given the gift of creation. You walk,
upon the Earth, with the ability to create your re-
ality, and that which you experience. So, when you
are seeking love, and understanding, create love,
and understanding, and it shall be yours! When
you are seeking forgiveness, and kindness, cre-
ate forgiveness, and kindness, and it shall be
yours. The day is set before you. It is
yours to create, and whatever you
create, shall be yours.

Do
not be
dissuaded
from continuing
your mission, your journey,
by the voices, and the ways of the world; for,
the world will very seldom understand your spiritual journey.
Seek the company ~ of those who encourage ~ your journey.
Seek the company of those who embellish your adventure
with support, because, when you follow, as you are led,
your life upon Earth unfolds as one of the greatest stories
you have ever read. And The Holy Spirit says: Do not know adventure
by reading someone else's story in a book, or watching it in a movie, or
listening to tales, and stories, told by others; for,
your adventure is just as important,
and just as magnificent,
as that of the people
all around
you,
and
scattered
far from you,
who lived before you;
and, who will come after.
Every individual upon Earth
is living their story; and, it holds
great worth, and value. Live your life-
time upon Earth as if you know it is the greatest
adventure, the most marvelous journey, and it will be.

When it is time for the seasons to change, moving slowly
from one season to another, there are signs of the change.
At first they are easy to miss, and then they swell, and grow,
until it is hard for you not to notice, that the leaves on the trees
have changed colors, and some of them are already floating upon
the breeze. When you reach a place in your life upon Earth, where
you are watching the seasons change, pay attention, it is a sign of progress, movement, continuing. Use these signposts to check:
your progress, your movement, your continuing growth. And
The Holy Spirit says: The first sign of autumn ~ is ~ the changing
of the color of the leaves on the trees; soon,
they will fall, from the tree.
Some will float on
the breeze,
carried by the wind,
to places they have never been.
Some with flutter to the ground, and
their color will be intensified, as sunlight
catches the dewdrops upon them. Soon,
the tree branches are bare. Watch
for the signs, and check your
progress. What has
changed,
what has
grown old?
Is it time to release
some things you are tempted to hold?
Growth is movement. Check the signs. Be willing to grow.
God
Speaks
to every man, woman,
and child, on Earth, everyday!
And at The Quiet Place, we conclude
our morning prayers with these words asking
God, what we should know, today: "Our Creator,
God, what is it that You wish for us to know, today?"
